Rochester, NY; April 12, 2010 –The Lyric Chorale, directed by Chrisanne Yule, will present its annual fundraising cabaret on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in Reddington Hall, behind St. Louis Church, 60 South Main Street, Pittsford. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. Around The World In 80 Minutes …or so will feature popular songs inspired by exotic and familiar places, near and far. The chorus, small ensembles, duets and soloists, will perform popular hits such as Fly Me To The Moon, New York, New York, and I Go To Rio and will be accompanied by the fabulous Mike Allen Jazz Trio. The audience will also have an opportunity to participate in a sing-a-long which was very popular at last year’s cabaret.

The audience can relax at dinner theater style table seating and enjoy finger food and beverages throughout the evening. A wide variety of gift baskets will also be raffled off during the evening.

Seating is limited and on a first come basis when tickets are purchased at the door so advance ticket purchases are encouraged.
